Outbound Sales Specialist

**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en Negocios internacionales, finanzas o administración de empresas.
- Contar con más de 2 años de experiência en el área de Call Center o ventas por llamada y gestión de clientes utilizando bases de datos.
- Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas CRM para la gestión efectiva de clientes y seguimiento de ventas.
- Habilidad demostrada en el análisis de datos de ventas para generar informes y mejorar estrategias de seguimiento.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión para cerrar ventas y mantener relaciones con los clientes en español.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar ventas por llamada y mantener un seguimiento meticuloso de clientes utilizando bases de datos y sistemas CRM.
- Analizar datos de ventas para identificar tendencias y patrones, ajustando estrategias para mejorar la efectividad de las llamadas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para implementar mejoras en los procesos y maximizar la conversión de ventas por llamada.
- Generar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de las llamadas y proponer estrategias para aumentar la eficiencia.
