Objetivo del cargo:

Participar en el desarrollo activo de nuevos clientes como generador de demanda en campo. Sumar a los objetivos comerciales la incorporación de nuevas cuentas y médicos, así como el desarrollo de nuevos modelos de negocio con el portafolio de productos, participando en el desarrollo de las estrategias y tácticas del plan de lanzamientos con base a la información recopilada del mercado, producto y competencia. Ser soporte a las necesidades de Producto y de Comercial para las áreas funcionales de la compañía.

Requisitos:
  • Título en Licenciatura en Ingeniería Biomédica, Medicina, Enfermería, Mercadeo, Licenciatura en Administración o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el campo de ventas de dispositivos médicos (estrategia de ventas, cierre de ventas, atracción de nuevos clientes) o en puesto similar.
Conocimientos y destrezas requeridos:
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de venta de dispositivos médicos.
  • Conocimiento de principios y métodos de promoción, demostraciones y cierre de ventas; esto incluye estrategias y tácticas de mercadeo y técnicas de ventas.
  • Habilidad de autogestión, trabajo en equipo, organización, administración de tareas y establecimiento de prioridades.
  • Habilidad para definir problemas, recoger información y deducir conclusiones válidas.
  • Destrezas en negociaciones y resolución de objeciones en el ciclo de la venta.
  • Inteligencia emocional.
  • Conocimiento experto de la línea de productos Arthrex.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad analítica y análisis de ventas.
  • Gestión de proyectos/tiempo.
