**Job Summary:**
We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing leads, creating connections, and working closely with clients to match them with the perfect Virtual Assistant for their business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in morning meetings and networking events
* Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
* Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients
* Participate in ongoing sales training and development
* Utilize sales tactics to drive business growth and meet targets
* Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations with other business owners and executives
* Manage the pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM
* Mastery of the Sales Training platform

**Qualifications:**
* Proactive and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and eager to perform
* Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and talk to a diverse range of people

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This salary is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
