Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding local sales by developing and maintaining new advertisers through solution-based programs at the client level.

As an Account Development Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their marketing challenges and develop customized solutions to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that include digital, event, and community outreach components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand local sales.
  • Create and present customized marketing solutions to clients.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Manage internal reporting and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of media sales experience, preferably in radio, television, digital, or print.
  • A proven track record of success in business development at the client level.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high courage, business acumen, and motivation to win.
  • Demonstrated success in creating custom campaigns that drive business growth.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar roles in Southern California. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
