Portfolio Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.
  • Engage with merchants via calls, emails, and tickets to ensure a positive experience.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term fixes.
  • Work with different teams to resolve merchants’ concerns promptly using world-class customer care skills.
  • Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to help us improve our services.
  • Ensure customer loyalty through rate reviews, prompt support, and providing definitive resolutions.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of premier merchants.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
  • Good communication skills to connect with merchants effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions.
  • Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude.
  • A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal.
  • Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Reliable and committed to providing excellent service that will build the Nuvei name.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
