This remote position is key to driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to fuel the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities. Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce our services and generate interest. Qualify leads and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our services can meet them. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records and updates on the CRM to track performance and pipeline health. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better position our services. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Experience conducting cold outreach and generating leads via phone, email, and social media platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track communications. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
