Currently, we have a team of over 250 members distributed across Colombia, the U.S., and throughout Latin America. The Role The Role: Sales Development Representative We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us at a key growth stage. Your mission will be to help us expand our accounts beyond referrals, breaking into sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and High-Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), mastering cold prospecting techniques via video, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. Your goal will be to schedule strategic meetings for our VP of Managed Services. As you dive deeper into our ecosystem, you will have clear promotion opportunities. This is a 100% remote position. What You Bring (Requirements) English Proficiency: Fluent/Native English is strictly required (US-level conversation). Experience: Minimum one year as an SDR, preferably in SaaS or IT. Education: Associate’s degree or BA/BS required. Mindset: A hunter/winner mentality, resilient, and highly competitive. Self-Starter: Capable of bringing strategies to the table with little supervision. Your Journey with Us (The First 5 Weeks) Weeks 1-2: Onboarding on sales tools (Apollo.io, Salesforce, Dialpad), service training, and script role-play. Weeks 3-4: Starting prospecting sequences, cold calling, and daily call reviews. Week 5+: Executing at a high level using best practices learned.
