About our client: A fast-growing connectivity solutions provider is seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand its footprint across the Southeast. The company is transforming how multifamily communities access, deliver, and experience high-speed internet — offering modern, reliable infrastructure that property owners and residents love. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, people-oriented team member to support growth across the Southeast . This is a sales support position designed for someone eager to learn, build sales confidence, and grow into a larger role. As the Sales Development Representative , you’ll be on the front lines—setting appointments, cold calling, and conducting in-person outreach to introduce high-speed connectivity solutions to property managers. It’s an exciting opportunity for a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants to drive the expansion of innovative internet services across the region, while growing their career with a leading U.S.-based company in a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers. Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel. CRM Discipline: Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up. What You Need 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (tech, telecom, or multifamily preferred but not required). Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and engaging strangers in person. Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to hit targets. Advanced, near-native English fluency is mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills (phone, email). Grit, work ethic, positivity, and accountability. Salary & Perks This is a full-time, long-term position with benefits required by law. The position is immediately available. Remote in Colombia. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - Colombia Time Zone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
