Customer Support Representative Role at Solvo Global

At Solvo Global, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality support to our clients while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high rate of client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Absorb complex issues for clients and escalate them appropriately, following standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in customer service training programs to enhance knowledge and skills, enabling delivery of exceptional support.

What We Offer:

  • Indefinite term contract.
  • Competitive remuneration (approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum).
  • Weekends off.
