Customer Support Representative

At Sagan, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and enhance the customer experience.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
  • Retention and Upsell: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to customers and understand the reasons behind customer cancellations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a customer support role with a proven track record of excellent communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Advanced command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Elderly Support: Experience supporting elderly customers.
