Product Sales Specialist

Product Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for enhancing the sales volume and profitability of specific products or product groups within the designated region, targeting various verticals and customer segments. This role emphasizes the translation of product performance objectives into actionable regional goals and initiatives, ensuring an optimal balance between effort and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales objectives and targets for assigned accounts. Develop, align, and implement regional strategies for product growth. Promote product utilization in the region while supporting sales efforts with in-depth product knowledge to boost opportunity closure rates. Identify and formulate effective market entry strategies and customer segmentation, ensuring continuous updates regarding missing features or market capture opportunities, and relay client feedback on lost opportunities and market obstacles. Establish a strong connection with headquarters. Identify significant growth areas and collaborate with local teams and headquarters to devise strategies and initiatives to leverage these opportunities and eliminate potential challenges. Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to synchronize key quarterly and yearly priorities, initiatives, and market insights, while providing input on new growth avenues for our SaaS solutions and aligning marketing strategies. Keep regional team members informed about the latest major product features and releases, ensuring an enhanced solution offering for targeted clients. Work in conjunction with the Sales Operations team to analyze the product pipeline in the region, implementing clear tactics to address gaps and achieve targets. Conduct regular (weekly) meetings with headquarters to share regional product feedback and valuable insights, highlighting specific regional use cases, pricing strategies, and other market-specific commercial conditions, along with proposed solutions. Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion rates, assisting in the removal of obstacles by collaborating with headquarters and regional roles. Partner with marketing to leverage product successes and create positive visibility.Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience in Telecom Sales or Carrier Sales Management, with a proven track record of successful sales performance. Experience in the Telecom sector is essential. Proficiency in English is required. Experience in messaging or CPaaS is highly desirable. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in negotiation, decision-making, and closing deals with prospects and clients. A flexible self-starter who excels in a dynamic work environment. Enthusiastic and driven to contribute to the growth of an innovative consumer brand. Willingness to travel and collaborate within a global team of professionals. Proficient in various technical tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), among others.-
