Job Title: B2B Sales Manager with Fluent English

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our team at Talentuch. As a remote Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding new clients in the USA (IT companies) and working closely with our American manager and fully remote team in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiters will provide you with PROMO candidates.
  • You will prepare anonymous candidate profiles to present to potential clients.
  • You will engage in "cold" outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to find and attract new IT companies to collaborate with.
  • You will communicate with new/potential clients, present our services, and gather necessary vacancy details.
  • You will transfer vacancy descriptions from clients to the recruiting team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling services or recruitment is required.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers is a must.
  • Fluent English for communication and working with international clients.
  • The interview will be conducted in English.

Compensation:

  • Salary from $2000 to $2500/month for full-time work. This is a GROSS amount that will be paid to your independent contractor agreement.
  • Gross means your local taxes and fees will not be covered additionally.
  • Bonuses of $500/month for achieving 100% of KPIs.
  • Salary review every 6 months.
  • Payment in USD to your individual account every month.
