Job Summary
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and management of our B2B portal for international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product's vision, development roadmap, and project intake with business and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, including need assessment, market research, and business case development.
- Lead product development activities through the full development process, including gathering and refining priorities, building specifications, and managing a backlog of features and functionality.
- Manage the overall international product management, including managing the product through the entire product lifecycle, troubleshooting service disruptions, and creating and maintaining documentation.
- Measure business outcomes and ongoing KPIs to demonstrate business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing B2B portals, applications, or digital solutions.
- Related experience working in sales or marketing.
- Ideal experience includes working previously for a manufacturer or distributor in a product manager, product owner, or solutions architect role.
