Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory calls to potential B2B clients to discuss their business needs and identify potential opportunities.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial industrial sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally, with a focus on finding solutions and building strong relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages may be an asset.
