This is a remote position offering a unique blend of sales and customer support responsibilities. As a Hybrid Sales and Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction with BruntWork.

Job Description

You'll manage inbound sales requests, conduct product demonstrations, and provide top-notch customer support for a range of brewery clients. With a focus on smaller accounts and subscriptions ranging from $40 to $200 per month, you'll be instrumental in nurturing relationships and expanding the company's market presence.

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for potential clients, focusing on smaller brewery accounts.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and efficient sales processes.
  • Handle 5-10 weekly support requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Triage customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Assist in expanding the company's presence in Central and South American markets.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and support processes.
  • Manage and renew subscriptions, ensuring high customer retention rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) to serve diverse international clients.
  • Sales experience with B2B preferred SaaS experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and brewery operations (preferred).
  • Ability to seamlessly switch between sales and support tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its application in traditional industries.
Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
