This is a remote position offering an exciting opportunity to join BruntWork.


Full-time

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST, with a 1-hour unpaid break included in the schedule.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Sales and Customer Support Representative to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This dynamic role combines sales and support responsibilities, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set. You will manage inbound sales requests, conduct product demonstrations, and provide top-notch customer support for a range of brewery clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel. This involves effectively communicating with potential clients and providing them with information about our products and services.
  • Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for potential clients, focusing on smaller brewery accounts. These demonstrations should highlight the benefits and features of our products and demonstrate how they can meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and efficient sales processes. This includes maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions and using this data to inform future sales and marketing efforts.
  • Handle 5-10 weekly support requests, providing timely and effective solutions. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing guidance on how to use our products and services.
  • Triage customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Assist in expanding the company's presence in Central and South American markets. This may involve developing relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping to implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and support processes. This involves working closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes that will enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Manage and renew subscriptions, ensuring high customer retention rates. This requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to understand the needs and preferences of our clients.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) to serve diverse international clients.
  • Sales experience with B2B preferred SaaS experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • CUSTOMER-ORIENTED mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and brewery operations (preferred).
  • Ability to seamlessly switch between sales and support tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its application in traditional industries.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the level of responsibility, the skills and qualifications required, and the location of the position.
