Role Overview
As a Technical Application Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional technical assistance to end-users across a variety of business applications, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Laboratories, Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing comprehensive 2nd level application/system support for customers and COTS components.
- Identifying and resolving complex issues within established SLAs.
- Initiating and managing problem resolution activities.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and services.
- Generating application performance reports using management tools.
- Fostering collaboration with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
