We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating interest and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments and demos, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound communication with leads to generate interest and qualify opportunities
  • Qualification of leads through assessment of needs, pain points, and budget
  • Scheduling appointments and demos with qualified prospects
  • Follow-up with leads to nurture and close opportunities
  • Data management and tracking of prospect interactions
  • Collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and maximize sales performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Basic sales skills and knowledge of sales principles
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
