Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that business specifications and requirements documentation is meticulously crafted and comprehensive to facilitate sizing and development efforts, as well as serving as input for various project documentation.
- Create and present Business Requirements Documents, Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models as necessary.
- Engage in the formulation of detailed project plans, monitor progress against established objectives, conduct financial reviews, and secure agreement and collaboration from users and senior management.
- Collaborate closely with GBME technology teams throughout all phases of the system development life cycle, acting as a liaison between business and technology aspects of the solution.
- Serve as a bridge between the business community and the IT department to deliver technical solutions that fulfill user requirements.
- Establish relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues across global regions.
- Assist with production issues and manage escalations during release cycles as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server, with the capability to independently create and execute queries.
- 4+ years of practical experience with databases like SQL Server, with the ability to independently create and execute queries.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in capital markets.
- Familiarity with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in Unix Tools, shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.), SQL queries, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader, or equivalent.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Proven capability to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver effective results.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A recognized undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, computer science, or a related field is required (Polytechnic degree).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Soft Skills:
- Proficient in English (B1/B2 level or higher).
- Ability to work effectively as a contributing team member.
- Values quality while managing expectations and deliverables.
- Open to feedback and willing to share ideas.
- Desire to understand Capital Markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the Bank's application systems and software from both business and technical perspectives to evaluate the impact of development and changes on the overall data processing environment.
- Experience managing projects that involve changes across front, middle, or back-office systems and teams.
- Familiarity with PL/SQL, UNIX, JAVA, XML, HTML is an asset.
