Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the success of the execution of the Global Communications Supervision Procedures on behalf of GBM Internal Controls.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Execute a communication surveillance control of social media interactions from GBM Ambassadors and Monitored Employees in accordance with the social media guidelines, policies, and programs applicable to GBM.
- Review and analyze social media communication surveillance activities to ensure compliance with GBM Business Communications Guide and applicable policies and procedures.
- Escalate to the GBM regional internal control teams any situation where a GBM Employee non-complies with the GBM Business Communications Guide and Social Media Guidelines.
- Maintain clear and consistent supporting evidence of reviews performed that meet local and global procedures requirements.
- Actively identify process, technology, and systems improvement opportunities and participate in the implementation process.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to prepare documentation and interact effectively with other Bank departments.
- Good accountability and time-management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Bank's regulations, policies, procedures, operations, and functions.
- Working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Global Banking & Markets business units and related business functions across Canadian & International Banking units.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or accounting.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with a B1-B2 level of proficiency.
