We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Huawei Technologies Colombia S.A.S. in a LATAM IT Technical Support Leader role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure, including networks, equipment rooms, conference systems, IT desktop services, and security systems.
- Monitor and review LAN, WLAN, and WAN performance periodically, and perform local troubleshooting of network devices.
- Develop and implement network infrastructure designs, including topology and IP planning for new premises.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues and/or respond to outages.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a strong command of English language, with the ability to communicate technical terms with people from different countries.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience with networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN connections, switching and routing command line, topology drawing).
- Have at least 2 years of working experience with IT facilities premises.
- Have experience leading infrastructure project management.
- Hold CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent certification.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of Huawei Technologies Colombia S.A.S. in LATAM.
