What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Technical Specialist, you'll join our team in delivering top-notch technical support for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Incident Management: Providing timely and effective resolution for tier II application support incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Change Management: Assisting in the planning, testing, and implementation of changes to our IT systems.
- Escalation and Assistance: Serving as a single point of contact for escalated issues and providing expert guidance to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an exceptional technical specialist with a strong background in IT support, ideally with 3+ years of experience in managing tier II incidents.
You'll need a degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field, as well as:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 level)
- IT knowledge of operating systems, databases, and web services configuration

Please note that Colombian citizenship or a valid work permit is required for this role. We also require the ability to perform on-call shifts and travel internationally within Latam if needed.
Estimated salary for this position is $850,000 - $1,100,000 COP per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

This is a hybrid role, with the primary work location in Bogotá, Colombia. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our clients.
