Job Overview

Assist the Country Manager in managing key accounts to align with market strategies. Promote KIL products, including Alpadia, by responding to incoming inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients. Effectively manage the lead pipeline in Brazil to optimize conversion rates.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities by handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to follow up on leads and quotes in both English and Portuguese.
  • Reach out to every lead to maximize sales potential, ensuring progression of each lead for upselling and cross-selling opportunities via phone and email.
  • Establish strong customer relationships through high-quality communication and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Manage the distribution of leads and inquiries to selected agency accounts, ensuring thorough follow-up on referred students.
  • Collaborate closely with selected agency accounts to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for selected agency accounts, providing timely responses to inquiries and quote requests, and coordinating with admissions teams to address any complaints.
  • Attend student fairs and other events as directed by the Country Manager to effectively support the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks and record sales in the CRM system and other business platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, offering flexible and prompt support at all times.
  • Additional responsibilities and performance metrics will be defined by the relevant Country Manager.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales within a telemarketing environment, fluent in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to build rapport, manage objections, and successfully close sales.
  • Experience in office administration and relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both oral and written English and Portuguese.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably from a Portuguese-speaking country.
  • Native fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets.
  • Previous experience in field sales, cold calling, and direct client engagement is highly valued.
  • Confident in pitching business to customers and experienced in complex contract negotiations, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
