Job Title: Bilingual IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual IT Support Specialist to join our team at BruntWork. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for our organization's IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Teams in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Regularly monitor, maintain, and upgrade Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint sites, and Teams environments.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and libraries, including the creation, customization, and configuration of sites, lists, and workflows.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Teams, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration, site management, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration and support.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
