About the Role:

This role provides administrative support and clerical expertise to the Executive Office, responding to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Hotel Manager for approval
  • Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results
  • Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests
  • Maintain master list of donations made to charities on behalf of the hotel
  • Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and inform him/her as to action taken and follow up required

What You Bring:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Coordinator who:

Has a high school education or equivalent experience

Has one to two years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization

Is able to operate computer equipment

Is able to read, speak, and write English

Is able to compose business correspondence
