We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Laborintos. As a key member of our medical clinic in the United States, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various areas, including operations, finance, medicine, and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between the medical team and patients as a liaison.
  • Collaborate with leaders to optimize processes in the operational area.
  • Manage billing, payments, and collections in the financial area.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and transcribe medical consultations in the medical area.
  • Support strategic projects and client relationships in the U.S. for international growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: University or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Fluent in English (spoken and written), office tools, and basic accounting.
  • Skills: Effective communication in English and Spanish, organization, proactivity, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
