Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the injectable aesthetics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, managing a direct and multifunctional team, and guiding them on various areas of knowledge (marketing, sales, medical education, leadership). The core go-to-market path is dispensing doctor.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales & marketing management strategies to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development, product/brand P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives, group guidelines, and policies.
  2. Design and develop policies and processes for planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.
  3. Plan and develop sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships.
  4. Lead, manage, and implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standards.
  5. Deliver critical processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as profit targets are met.
  6. Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma Colombia SA.

Requirements

  1. A university or master's degree.
  2. Solid marketing experience in injectable aesthetics or aesthetic devices or consumer goods/beauty segments.
  3. Solid leadership experience on managing managers.
  4. Experience in sales/supporting sales strategy through dispensing doctor go-to-market.
  5. High skills to manage customer relationship (KOLs / digital leaders / clinics).
  6. A track record in growth acceleration.
  7. High capability to develop teams' skills.
  8. High analytical skills.
  9. High communication skills.
  10. Action-driven/hands-on.
  11. Capable to create process workflow/governance for team/transversal team.
  12. Plus: Insights knowledge to lead design and understanding of researches (consumer understanding, tracking, HCP researches, concept test, communication qualification, etc).
