Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth in the Andean region, focusing on packaging and end-to-end business solutions.
  • Lead and develop the Business Development and Sales team to drive profitable growth.
  • Closure of major deals and signing significant contracts to boost growth.
  • Ensure alignment with support areas like Supply Chain, Marketing, Sustainability, and Finance to achieve goals.
  • Make key decisions regarding Sales Forecasting (Commercial Excellence and Planning).
  • Promote Value Selling.

This position requires a strong ability to develop long-term relationships with customers, customer-centricity, and a continuous hunting approach to drive business and results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or engineering is mandatory. An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of sales experience is required.
  • Native Spanish and proficiency in English (verbal and written) are necessary.
  • Good command of finance and forecasting is essential.
  • Ability to naturally handle challenging stakeholders and work seamlessly across functions.
  • Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management, commercial approach, and strong communication skills are crucial.
