The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record in leadership and business development. As Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by overseeing all aspects of the business, from strategic planning to operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Provide guidance and support for the professional development of a team of professionals.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Implement plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Oversee Operations: Ensure the seamless operation of all business activities, including product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Establish Relationships: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Drive Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop partnerships with key clients, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare Reports: Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting financial performance and strategic updates.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the aesthetic medical device industry, with a proven track record in leadership and business development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and professional development.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to establish and manage budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
