About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Director, Demand Partnerships to lead our sales efforts in Colombia. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospects and existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and advertisers
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies in the industry

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales or business development, preferably in the demand-side space
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
