Principal Technical Support Engineer

CommScope is seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support and Services (CSS) team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers and internal engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wireless networking and switch networking.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to debug and resolve software and hardware defects.
- Develop and publish knowledge base articles to share with customers and internal technical support engineers.
- Provide on-site support to customers as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or relevant experience in technical field.
- 7+ years of work experience in wireless networking.
- Expert level in wireless 802.11 protocols, WAP, WLC, WLAN security, SSL certificate, TCP/IP, RADIUS, LDAP, and packet capture analysis.
- System experience in Windows and Linux server platform, VM platform (VMware and KVM), and Azure, AWS, and GCE cloud platform.
