Job Title: Principal Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Support Engineer to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our Customer Support and Services (CSS) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues for customers
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to debug and resolve software and hardware defects
  • Provide in-person support to customers experiencing major issues
  • Develop and publish knowledge base articles on complex problem resolutions
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to improve process efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of work experience in wireless networking
  • Expert-level knowledge of wireless protocols, WAP, WLC, WLAN security, and packet capture analysis
  • System experience in Windows and Linux server platforms, VM platforms, and cloud platforms
