**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Global Infrastructure Leader for Latin America** to lead our operations team in this region. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of all we do, maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team which provides Asset Management expertise, Project Controls expertise as well as escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure when required. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure that the team is working safely, effectively and with high regard to human error avoidance.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical or Automation. You will also need to be fluent in English, with Spanish being a plus. You should have solid previous experience in leading, inspiring and developing a team of critical facility subject matter experts. You will also need to maintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations and maintain and improve Continuous Improvement processes and culture. Additionally, you should have knowledge of critical facility engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and technical expertise in critical power and cooling systems, life safety, and environmental compliance.

**What We're Looking For**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Global Infrastructure Leader for Latin America** who can lead our operations team in this region. You will need to be able to provide strategic guidance and direction to drive team results, lead and implement resources to complete projects as required, and manage the team to ensure completion to our required standards, KPI's, and SLA's. You will also need to ensure correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete.

**Estimated Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
