Market Compensation Analyst for Talent Acquisition

The Solvo Global SAS is seeking a highly skilled Market Compensation Analyst to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and compensation plans that align with the company's business objectives.

As a key member of the team, you will conduct market research, analyze data, and collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures for new hires.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze competitive pricing and compensation trends for talent acquisition.
  2. Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions for new hires.
  3. Compensation Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in talent acquisition.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and update compensation structures and policies for new hires, and prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing and compensation analysis for senior management.
  5. Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and compensation programs for talent acquisition, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, compensation analysis, or a similar role, preferably in talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • English B2+

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certification in compensation (e.g., HAY, CCP, GRP).
  • Experience in BPO, staffing or HR.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
