Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

As a Paid Search Specialist at Power Digital Marketing, Inc., you will be responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads, managing client budgets, and assisting in account analysis and reporting.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine marketing, paid media, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be an attentive learner, eager to problem solve, and hungry to grow their technical, strategic, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage or support in managing paid search campaigns across various industries.
- Make daily optimizations and pacing adjustments to campaigns.
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on data-driven conclusions.
- Help determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPIs in the quickest time possible.
- Stay up-to-date on industry topics and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in search engine marketing, specifically with bid monitoring and adjustment of paid search campaigns.
- Strong Excel skills with a clear understanding of advanced features.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong note-taking skills.
- Strong enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment to paid media and client work.
