Job Title: Retention Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Retention Specialist to join our team at ttg Talent Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Your primary goal will be to achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to and satisfy the requirements of agents or insureds via email or telephone.
- Send reminder emails to agencies about Renewal Notices sent to their clients, and address any questions or concerns.
- Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, detailing reasons why some insureds chose not to renew.
- Engage in telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (90%).
- Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance.
- Proven experience in Quality Customer Service.
- Knowledge and efficient use of utilities.
- Proactive attitude.
- Effective Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
