Customer Retention Expert

You will negotiate with insureds and provide various alternatives or options within our plans to retain customers.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Attending to and satisfying the requirements of agents or insureds via email or telephone
* Sending reminder emails to agencies about Renewal Notices sent to their clients, and addressing any questions or concerns
* Preparing semiannual progress reports on goals, detailing reasons why some insureds chose not to renew
* Engaging in telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection activities
Minimum Requirements:
* Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Proficiency in English (90%)
* Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance
* Proven experience in Quality Customer Service
* Knowledge and efficient use of utilities
* Proactive attitude
* Effective Communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Dynamic and energetic personality
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
