We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to become a part of our dynamic team at Careers at VirtualStaffing. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to collaborate with teams to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth. The selected candidate will oversee the complete sales cycle, from Lead Nurturing to Contract Negotiation, Deal Closure, and After Sales Support, including Account Management.

Note: Exceptional ENGLISH communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently managing and processing sales orders and invoices
  • Creating and negotiating contracts
  • Closing sales and providing after-sales support
  • Conducting outbound calls to nurture potential leads
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to finalize deals and secure contracts
  • Providing customer support and answering client inquiries
  • Organizing schedules and setting appointments
  • Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events
  • Maintaining and updating client records in the company CRM
  • Delivering sales analytics and performance reports
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication and sales workflow
  • Assisting in the creation of sales materials for client presentations
  • Performing other duties as required by the role

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar capacity
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High proficiency in the English language
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom, and other project management applications
  • Experience with CRM software usage and management
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Knowledge of email marketing is advantageous
  • Experience with social media engagement is a plus

System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A reliable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup option
  • Personal computer or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a processor equivalent to Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with updated web browsers and security software, and 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with at least 720p resolution
  • A designated, quiet workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
