Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Andean Region
We are looking for a highly skilled professional from the FOOD COLOR/INGREDIENT INDUSTRY to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager - Andean Region. Based in Colombia, this role offers an excellent opportunity for mid-management growth, working under the direct supervision of the CEO - Americas, and enjoying a 5-day working week.
Responsibilities:
- BUILD A REGIONAL SALES STRATEGY FOR SYNTHETIC COLORS, NATURAL COLORS, DEHYDRATED FOODS, AND FREEZE-DRIED FOODS AS PART OF THE ENTIRE SALES TEAM.
- OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE SALES TEAM, COORDINATING KEY PERFORMANCE GOALS.
- LEAD EXECUTION OF SALES, MARKETING, AND PRODUCT INNOVATION STRATEGY.
- PROVIDE VISIBLE LEADERSHIP FOR BRAND VALUES, CULTURE, AND SUSTAINABILITY.
- ESTABLISH B2B SALES AND MARKETING FUNCTION FOR SYNTHETIC AND NATURAL COLORS.
- ESTABLISH KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
- MANAGE SALES CHANNELS, DEALER DISTRIBUTOR NETWORKS, AND BRAND REPUTATION RISKS.
- ENSURE OVERALL DELIVERY AND QUALITY OF UNIT'S OFFERINGS TO KEY CUSTOMERS.
- ENGAGE IN KEY TARGETED CUSTOMER ACTIVITIES.
- OVERSEE KEY HIRING AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.
- COMMUNICATE STRATEGY AND RESULTS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM.
- ENSURE CLEAR STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE ORGANIZATION OR BUSINESS UNIT.
- MANAGE OUTSTANDING AND CREDIT PROCESSES WITH KEY CUSTOMERS.
- IDENITFY AND DEVELOP MARKETS FOR COLOMBIA, ECUADOR, PERU, AND VENEZUELA.
