**Key Responsibilities**

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of sales specialists to conduct data-based performance analysis and provide insights for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

  • 5-7 years of industry experience in a management role, client service, and sales

  • Proven ability to strategically influence and motivate others
