About the Role

Voyager Global Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our team of Telephone Sales Representatives in Bogotá. This role is crucial in driving sales performance, ensuring team efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations, coach team members, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Client Interaction: Handle escalated client issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the VGM Commercial Team and local GBS Structure to align sales strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team achievements to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
