About the Role

The Implementation Specialist (IS) is the primary point of contact for hotel partners during the onboarding process. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless connectivity and quality presence on the Hopper platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and onboard hotel partners through various connectivity systems and solutions
  • Track onboarding status and hotel interactions within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful onboarding
  • Deliver quantitative results based on onboarding quality and speed
  • Proactively address delays or issues in the onboarding process

Requirements

  • Located in Brazil (GMT-3 Time Zone)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization
  • Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and enthusiasm for onboarding
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills
  • Solid understanding of onboarding processes and their impact on property performance

Nice to Have

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Background in online travel agencies, CRS providers, or the hotel industry
