Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through self-generated lead efforts, selling social media services, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Leverage your expertise and creativity to identify and nurture high-potential leads.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close sales for our social media services, focusing on real estate professionals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Continuously refine and optimize sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, introducing them to our services and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Account Management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, analyze trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Requirements:

- A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in service-based industries like social media management or digital marketing.
- A strong understanding of social media and its impact on business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
