Senior Business Development Executive, Latin America and Caribbean

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in the Latin America and Caribbean region. As a key member of our Fintech, Digital Partnerships, and Commerce team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within a portfolio of key regional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a set of strategic Regional and Global accounts with a focus on acquirers and PSPs.
- Work with customers on their onboarding, commercial agreements, launch, and growth of their portfolios and manage regional accounts P&L.
- Drive new revenue through existing account expansion and new account development.
- Be the voice of Mastercard, driving thought leadership and supporting our customers' plans.
- Develop reseller and 1 to many approaches, scaling the offer and distribution of our products and solutions.
- Develop key acceptance programs in partnership with the acquirer center of excellence and other stakeholders to increase digital payment acceptance.
- You have experience in the merchant acceptance, acquirer, PSP, orchestrator space.
- You have advanced account management experience and a hunter spirit.
- You possess deep knowledge about the innovation ecosystem in LAC and trends.
- You are customer-centric and look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer.
- You are skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
- You can communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- You always look for potential solutions to solve problems.
- You are proficient in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a plus.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
