Job Description

Lynx2market is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in business, marketing, languages, economics, or related field.
  2. Organised, self-motivated, and able/willing to work remotely.
  3. Experience in sales.
  4. Fluency in English; Spanish and additional languages are a bonus.
  5. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  6. A commitment to excellent customer service.
  7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Working at Lynx2market

As a Business Development Executive at Lynx2market, you will work with pharmaceutical companies, inviting them to attend life-sciences events. You will need to understand the sales process and have superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage, but we will provide comprehensive in-house training. This role requires the ability to work remotely.

You will be responsible for understanding and promoting an event conference program (product), generating leads using all available resources, answering clients' questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability, meeting or exceeding sales goals, negotiating all contracts with prospective clients, maintaining the company's historical database in a timely and accurate manner, preparing weekly reports, attending company events (occasional international travel), conducting competition analysis, and providing support, where needed, for the overall business.
