Job Summary

Artivion, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding sales of Artivion products, and developing strategic business plans to meet well-defined goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new channels to market, and track sales performance to ensure proper penetration of Artivion products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to develop innovative activities and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer accounts, including accounts receivable, and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
  • Travel extensively (minimum 50%) to meet with customers, distributors, and commercial partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • 8+ years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry, with a proven track record of excellent sales results.
  • Experience in management and development of distribution networks, with demonstrated sales growth.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (minimum 50%).
  • Basic IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
