Job Description:

">

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer and Security Specialist to join our Global Network Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing network changes to ensure the stability and security of our global network.

">

Responsibilities include documenting and planning security remediations, services monitoring, triaging, actioning, and troubleshooting of network alerts/events globally. You will also be responsible for planning and executing network changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Strong communication (verbal/written) skills with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal/external business partners and vendors.">
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting and operating most enterprise-scale network technologies, including Cisco Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi & Network Authentication, Cisco Firewalls/Virtual Private Network (VPN), Fortinet Firewalls, F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM)/Global Traffic Manager (GTM), Infoblox Domain Name Server (DNS)/Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and IP Address Management (IPAM).">
  • Hands-on technical working experience with network monitoring tools such as IBM's SevOne Network Performance Management (NPM), Broadcom's AppNeta, Cisco's ThousandEyes, NetScout's nGenius, Cisco Prime, and NetBrain's Network Problem Diagnosis Automation System (PDAS).">
  • IT Service Management (Event Management, Incident Management, Knowledge, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)/Asset Management, Change Management) with at least 2+ years of hands-on working experience.">
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve work issues in a dynamic environment.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work well under pressure.">
  • A strong customer orientation and keen ability to learn rapidly.">
  • Completed a post-secondary education in a technology-related field, plus CCNP (R&S).">
  • Experience with Aruba SD/WAN and Zscaler Monitoring Systems is a plus.">
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends.">
