Our team works closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring compliance with governing regulations and enterprise service level agreements.

Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Network and ABM Operations, you will be responsible for documenting, planning, and implementing security remediations, services monitoring, triaging, actioning, and troubleshooting of network alerts/events globally. This includes planning and executing network changes to prevent or resolve network-related incidents. You may also be required to participate in after-hours change implementation or troubleshooting major incidents outside regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  2. Work on the resolution of complex network issues and feel a sense of accomplishment every single day.
  3. Be part of planning & implementing changes to keep our network stable.
  4. Problem-solving on daily troubleshooting sessions in a collaborative manner with many other technologists.
  5. Make the changes where required to make the network safer every single day.
  6. Make routing/switching/firewall changes to optimize the network day-to-day.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication (verbal/written) skills and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal/external business partners and vendors. You should have at least 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in supporting and operating with most of the following network technologies at an enterprise scale: Cisco Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi & Network Authentication, Cisco Firewalls/Virtual Private Network (VPN), Fortinet Firewalls, F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM)/Global Traffic Manager (GTM), Infoblox Domain Name Server (DNS)/Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and IP Address Management (IPAM), Aruba SD/WAN, Zscaler, Monitoring Systems, IBM's SevOne Network Performance Management (NPM), Broadcom's AppNeta, Cisco's ThousandEyes, NetScout's nGenius, Cisco Prime, NetBrain's Network Problem Diagnosis Automation System (PDAS). Additionally, you should have at least 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience with the use of any of the mentioned network monitoring tools and at least 2+ years of hands-on working experience with IT Service Management (Event Management, Incident Management, Knowledge, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)/Asset Management, Change Management).
