Key Responsibilities- Sales Support (60%):
- Accompany our CEO on sales calls to provide insights and support in securing new clients.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.
- Follow up with potential clients and manage client relationships.
- Talent Recruitment (40%):
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent for VA roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with our CEO and other team members to understand client needs and recruitment requirements.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and sales activities.
- 5+ Years of Selling Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on client satisfaction, understanding the importance of building long-term relationships.
