About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive business success.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to fill critical roles across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure seamless employment processes that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform hiring decisions and improve our recruitment process
  • Select applicants, review resumes, and identify top talent through thorough interviews
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and approval
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor sourcing processes to ensure timely hiring and compliance with SLAs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective talent and hiring teams

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills (B2-C1)
  • Monday to Friday work schedule (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • On-site work requirement (3 days per week)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and regulations
  • Experience working with ATS and HR systems
  • Analytical ability to conduct research and provide data-driven solutions
  • Detail-oriented with experience soliciting and gathering information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a team-focused environment
  • Proficiency in external recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Power BI
  • Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or internationally comparable degree

Salary Estimate:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
